Ms. Keefer received her degree in dental hygiene as well as her Bachelors of Science Degree in Education from Indiana University. She was awarded a Master's Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Leann recently joined Crosstex International as General Manager of the Biological Monitoring facility in Denver and Director of Education for the corporation. Prior to her position with Crosstex, she was with Dentsply Professional serving as Manager of Professional Relations and Education.
Academic life for Leann included 16 years as adjunct dental hygiene faculty at her alma mater, Indiana University. In 1998, she was named Director of the Dental Hygiene Program at the Community College of Denver, holding that position until joining Dentsply in 2004.
Leann is committed to maintaining Crosstex's leadership position with influential dental care professionals, proactively identifying trends in the field of oral care and infection prevention and establishing the company's long-term strategy related to education and professional relations. As a noted international speaker, she has addressed professional audiences worldwide with an extensive array of dental, healthcare and business topics.
Leann serves on various foundation and publication boards in the USA and Canada, was a site visitor for the ADA Commission on Dental Accreditation, and is on the Editorial Review Board for OSAP.
